3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

We use the following cookies:
- Authentication cookie (required): stores your JWT session token so you stay logged in. Valid for 30 days.
- Language preference (functional): remembers your chosen interface language (EN/RU). Stored in localStorage.

- SMTP email provider — for sending transactional emails.
- Telegram (optional, per-tenant) — if you configure Telegram notifications, messages are sent through your own Telegram bot token.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
